建築設計・監理業務

個人・集合住宅～大型商業施設等の建築物の企画・基本・実施設計・監理を行います。
設計業務というと、ただデザインのみをおこなうというイメージが多くあります。しかしながら、ただデザインをし図面を書いていただけでは良い建物は出来ません。良い建物を建てるためには、デザインを具現化していくための、コスト調整、工程管理、現場での技術的監理等、様々な知識・経験・センスが要求されます。それらがバランスよくおこなわれたとき初めて、結果として望んでいた良い建物が完成するのです。当事務所ではさまざまな要望に対して、専門的な立場で良い建築を建てるためのお手伝いをさせて頂きます。

This office controls a plan / basics / an enforcement design of buildings such as individual / multifamily housing - size type commerce institutions.
Experience / a sense is demanded various knowledge such as cost adjustment, process control, on-site technical control to embody a design to build a good building. The good building which, as a result, we saw for the first time when balance is good, and they were performed is completed. We will help build a good building by a professional viewpoint for various demands in this office.

The Flower of Stone ( 石の花 ）

　本計画は彫刻家掛井氏のアトリエ兼住居です。
都市東京の混沌とした状況のなかで、彫刻家は生涯の創作活動に没頭出来る場を求め、老朽化した家を建て替えました。
『距離の均衡』、これがこの家の主題です。
近すぎず、離れすぎず、周囲とのこの微妙なバランスを建築において如何に具現化し、維持し続けることが可能か・・・
周囲と『距離』を保ちながら、居住者にとって快適な空間をつくることが如何に可能か・・・
この建物は外観の持つイメージから創造されるような、周囲を拒絶し、孤立化したものではありません。
この建物の内部に一歩踏み入れた時に１つの答えがここにあります。

This project is a home and studio for a sculptor and his wife.
The clients desired a new residence, secluded from the surronding urban chaos of Tokyo and conducive to creative activities, on the site of their former house of thirty years.
The sculptor has named the house "The Flower of Stone < Ishi no Hana >".
Although the building presents a rather severe and uninviting appearance to the street,once crossing the threshold, visitors can immediately experience a freshness and lightness akin to the blossoming of a young spring flower.
