　良質で優れたデザインの建物を建てるには、優れた技術力とセンス、それらをまとめ上げていく為のトータルなバランス感覚が不可欠です。

　当事務所は、消費され使い捨てられるようなものではなく、時の流れと共にその良さが引き立ってくるようなものづくりを目指します。

The time when you must review original sense of values for a building / the environment seriously some other time seems to have come. The building of the superior design is not controlled in good quality by the lapse of time, and the value is evaluated highly. The sense of balance that is total to gather up superior technology and sense, them is indispensable to build the building of the superior design in good quality. As the buildings of the superior design increase by good quality, I become it that the environment of we circumference is splendid.
This office is used, and it seems not to be used and thrown away and aims at the manufacturing that the good point becomes more attractive with a flow of time.

業 務 範 囲

　『物の価値』を決める目安の１つには、その物がコスト（かかる費用）に対しそれ以上の価値をもっていると判断したとき、『安い』とか『得をした』と人は感じることがあります。　
　しかしながらコストの低さのみに気をとられ、『物の価値』の本質が見失しなわれがちな今日、多くの問題がおきているのは当然でもあり、残念な事です。デザインというと感覚的なものだけに頼ると思われがちで、その価値は判断されにくいところもあります。
　当事務所では、単なる感覚まかせのデザインを提案するのではなく、提案するデザインを、永続的に耐えられるものにするのか、短期間で脚光を浴びるものにするか等、提案するデザインのライフサイクルをどのように考えるかまで配慮し、デザインを提案していきます。
　様々な条件を多角的に分析し、アドバイスを行うコンサルティングから、それにもとづいて陳腐化しないような建物（インテリアから住宅・文化／商業施設等まで）の企画・設計・監理までを業務としています。
　皆様の身近な相談役として、ゆとりある住みやすい環境を生み出す為に、当事務所に是非ご相談下さい。
