Urawa Komaba Stadium was built in 1967, capacity of those days is about 5,000. And then, the stadium had repaired twice since J League started. When J League started, the capacity was about 10,000, so the stadium was always bursting to capacity, so the third repair work had done in 1995,and became the present size.
Urawa Komaba Stadium was built by Urawa City(in those days) to use as athletic field, so Reds can use for only themselves to football, and there is a running track.
