Now we are facing with at a pivotal point of time that presses us to review
our fixed image and idea, which framed our thinking and common sense. There
is no denying that people at large hold doubts and anxieties about contemporary
politics, economy, education, society, religion and international relations.
Viewing all current phenomena from the point of the movement of the Universe,
it can be explained that this disruptive period is caused by waves of Pisces
trying to converge with those of Aquarius.
To be concise, the waves of the stars of Pisces reflect a material civilization.
In this era of material civilization, rules of competition had taken root,
which resulted in structure where there are always winners and losers,
masters and slaves who compete relentlessly in the acquisition of happiness
and prosperity. As such, true peace and true equality will never follow.
For the past 2200 years, these waves of Pisces have governed our planet
earth. This has brought about confrontation between countries and between
religions. Though our leaders have claimed to be upholding happiness, peace,
equality and righteousness, in actual fact, they are just seeking self-fulfilling
interests. Many of us can't help feeling that something is going very wrong
and beginning to have doubts and confusions of our world.
On the other hand, waves of Aquarius will bring about the formation of
a righteous spiritual society where true peace and equality can take place.
Therefore, we are caught up in the middle of this change, whereby we are
divided into two distinct groups. Will you choose to be one who will evolve
and harmonize all things based on the righteous truth, which is in accordance
to all movements and changes in the Universe? Or will you be the group
of people who choose to hold steadfastly to one's selfish desires and self-fulfilling
thoughts, disregarding the Universe? In actual fact, one's health condition
is closely related to the path one chooses.

Sensei teach us the right way to have a healthy body that allows us to

will liberate us from suffering in order to lead a true life.
